Terms and Conditions

By using Lucas on World App, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Authentication: To use Lucas, you must connect and verify your identity through World App. This allows us to confirm your eligibility for credit access.
  2. Credit Approval: All credit approvals are automatic and based on blockchain verification. Lucas does not perform traditional credit checks.
  3. Repayment: Each credit must be repaid in full by its due date. Timely repayments help improve your level and access to higher credit limits.
  4. Late or Missed Payments: If a repayment is not completed by the due date, Lucas reserves the right to collect the outstanding amount, including a penalty fee, directly from your connected wallet.
  5. Blockchain Transparency: All eligibility, approvals, and repayments are validated using smart contract data. Lucas does not have access to your private keys or personal wallet information.
  6. Waitlist: Users who do not meet eligibility requirements will be automatically placed on a waitlist until they qualify for credit access.
  7. System Updates: Loan limits, interest rates, and durations may change over time according to platform updates or user level adjustments.
  8. Data Privacy: Lucas does not collect or store sensitive personal data. Wallet addresses are used solely for eligibility and transaction purposes.
  9. No Financial Advice: Lucas provides access to WLD credits for convenience and liquidity purposes but does not offer financial or investment advice.
  10. Acceptance: By using Lucas, you agree to these terms and conditions and any future updates published within the app or on the official World App listing.
